We offer both formats: in-person training at our premises and remote training via interactive video conferencing. Some modules are also available in a hybrid format (mixed in-person/remote).

We issue a training certificate for each module successfully completed. Our certifications recognized in the digital sector are currently being finalized to give you official recognition of your acquired skills.

Absolutely! We systematically issue a detailed invoice for each training, whether for personal, professional or organizational funding. This invoice can be used for your tax returns or reimbursements.

Several options are available to you: CPF funding (Compte Personnel de Formation), coverage by your OPCO, Pôle Emploi funding (AIF, POEI), personal payment (payment plans available), or company funding.

We deliberately limit our groups to 8-12 participants maximum to ensure personalized follow-up and encourage discussion. This allows each learner to benefit from optimal support.

Yes! We offer 3 months of post-training follow-up including: access to our online resources, a peer support group, and the ability to ask our trainers questions by email.

Each participant gets access to our learning platform with: course materials, hands-on exercises, video tutorials, and a regularly updated resource library.

Yes, under certain conditions specified in our terms and conditions. Cancellation is possible up to 48 hours before the start of the training. In case of force majeure, we systematically offer a reschedule to a later session.
